The Art Nouveau illustrator Vincent Lorant Heilbronn (1874 - 1912)
came to Pau to create a poster
for the inauguration of the Palais Beaumont / Palais d'Hiver.

He began his career as a decorator for the brand new film industry in 1902
continiing at the same time to design posters.

The best known are
Le Capitaine Corcora, théâtre du Châtelet
Cycles La Française,
Hotel Negresco
